Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using 0xClaw ("the Service"), operated by 0xClaw ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

0xClaw provides AI-powered penetration testing software installed locally on your machine, along with API proxy services and related tools. Each subscription includes allocated monthly credits for AI API usage.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Payments are processed through Paddle, our authorized payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the applicable subscription rate.

  • Monthly subscriptions renew every 30 days.
  • Annual subscriptions renew every 12 months.
  • Credit top-up purchases are one-time transactions.
  • All prices are in US Dollars (USD).

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Service dashboard or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for the remaining period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to bypass security measures or gain unauthorized access to other systems.
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without our written consent.
  • Use the Service to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
  • Overload or interfere with our infrastructure.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure updates, or unforeseen circumstances may temporarily affect service availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned downtime when possible.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by 0xClaw and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create or process through the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 0xClaw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service or by email. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
