0xClaw provides AI-powered penetration testing software. Due to the digital nature of the product, our refund policy is as follows.

No-Refund Policy

All subscription payments and credit purchases are non-refundable once your account has been activated.

When you subscribe, your account is immediately activated. This involves real costs including:

Account activation and configuration
Monthly AI API credit allocation
AI agent software license activation
Monthly API credit allocation

These resources are allocated exclusively for your account.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
No further charges will be made after the current period ends.
Your account access will be deactivated at the end of the billing period.
Any remaining credits will expire when the subscription ends.
No partial refunds are issued for unused time or credits.

Credit Purchases

One-time credit top-up purchases are non-refundable. Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be transferred or exchanged.

Exceptions

We may consider refund requests in the following exceptional circumstances:

If the Service was completely unavailable for an extended period (more than 72 consecutive hours) due to our fault.
If you were charged in error (duplicate charges, billing system errors).

To request an exception, please contact us at hello@0xclaw.dev within 7 days of the charge.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension. We encourage you to contact us to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a dispute through your bank or payment provider.
